Thich Nhat Hanh: Day of Mindfulness

Together with a group of over 60 monastic sangha members, Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh visited Hong Kong in May 2007 and led a series of public events, including a Mindfulness Retreat, a Day of Mindfulness and two public talks, with the theme “Stresses and Changes: Coping and Transforming”, the Day of Mindfulness was held for professionals in education on 16 May 2007. A number of principals, teachers, and tertiary students joined the Day as well.
