Project Showcase
Upon the completion of Phases 1 and 2, the project outcomes were exhibited at the exhibition hall of Tai Po Community Centre, the five participating primary schools, and two Elderly Centres alternately. The community maps designed by EdUHK students were also distributed during the exhibition.
On 2 September 2025, the representatives from the Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation and the Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation visited one of the participating schools to attend the project showcase and exchange views with the project team and school representatives. With the support of the Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation and the Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation, the Programme was successfully completed.
